All retail spices come in the PC1 size which contains 24-26 ounces.
The price for the Italian Porketta, Sweet Italian, Hot Italian, Country Style, BBQ, and Mexican is $8.95.
The price for the Pepper Steak and Garlic Pepper is $10.95.
If you would like to place a large order please call for a qoute. This includes grocery stores, meat departments, and bulk orders.
The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order and location. We do not add extra for handling. The shipping fee will be the actual cost of the postage.

This is our most popular seasoning. To make a porketta roast use a boneless pork shoulder roast. Butterfly the roast (cut almost in half). Spread our Italian Porketta Seasoning generously inside and out. Let it simmer in the crock pot until it shreds. To cook it in the oven wrap the roast in 2 or more layers of tin foil so that the juice does not leak out. Cook it on 350 for an hour a pound. Our consumers use it on all cuts of meats, for seasoning meatballs, spaghetti, and meatloaf.

Vecchi's own special blend of Italian Sausage Seasonings. Not too hot and not too mild. To make Sweet Italian Sausage just add it to ground pork or wild game. Most meat departments use a ratio of 12 ounces of spice per 20 pounds of meat. Our consumers use the Sweet Italian Sausage for spaghetti sauce, lasagna, pizza topping, and breakfast sausage.

A very popular blend for those who like their sausage a little hotter than our Sweet Italian Seasoning. Not too hot, just a little more zing. To make Hot Italian Sausage just add it to ground pork or wild game. Most meat departments use a ratio of 12 ounces of spice per 20 pounds of meat. Our consumers use the Hot Italian Sausage for spaghetti sauce, lasagna, pizza topping, and breakfast sausage.

This is a mild blend of spice that is perfect for flavoring every type of meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. This is a great substitute for salt and pepper and more flavorful. This is a perfect flavor for stews, soups and great topping for eggs.
